Every project is different. I tailor the approach to the client, the site, and the codes that apply, while holding to the same standard: quality work, clear communication, and no surprises. You will hear from us daily on progress, milestones, and anything that needs a decision. I stay available so questions get answered quickly and the job stays on track.
My goal in Southwest Florida is straightforward: high-quality, personalized construction with full transparency from start to finish—and working relationships that last longer than the project.

My career began in 1990 at Florida Hospital, where I served as Director of Ambulatory Practices for the East Pasco division. In 2009 I moved to Naples and shifted into medical IT at Physicians Regional, then joined NTT Data, managing integrations, implementations, and interfaces nationwide.
I hold a degree in Business Administration from Southeastern University. Today I work alongside my husband, combining project management with construction expertise at Serra Construction. Together we deliver high-quality commercial and residential work with full transparency from start to finish.
I work directly with clients to set milestones, timelines, budgets, and daily tasks—and to spot and resolve risks before they become problems. The goal is simple: keep you informed, keep the project on track, and help shape the communities we build in Southwest Florida.
